Sarah identifies as a queer mixed race woman with Filipino and Serbian heritage. She graduated from OISE in Adult Education & Community Development and is the Co-creator of the Other Art Collective. Sarah is passionate about creating a community for mixed race identified people to dialogue and artistically express their lived experiences.

Theresa graduated with a Masters in Adult Education from OISE. She is one half of The Other Art Collective and recently has published her essay “(Re)Turning Home: An Exploration in the (Re)Claiming of Identity and Belonging” in Dr. George Dei’s “Politics of Anti-Racism Education”. She is a first generation Canadian with Filipino-Jamaican heritage.

Rema is multiracial Black with Jamaican (Yoruba, Fulani, and Sephardi) and Irish heritage. She is the Founder of Mixed in Canada, a national cultural resource centre for racialized mixed-race identified Canadians. Rema is particularly interested in Afro-Canadian histories, intersectionality, and critical mixed-race theory. She’s also a mom :)
